Champs Elysées luxury 3 bed room

Great location. Natural lighting.

No air conditioning very uncomfortable, can’t open windows due to mosquitoes. Creaky floors. Run down in places walls with mould.

Apartment is super spacious and the location is very good

Not luxury as stated. Poor floors. Only 1 toilet. Closet in one room only.

The Location was fabulous, right behind the Champs De Elysees, and just a 10 minute walk to the arc de Triomphe. A really nice old traditional Paris Apartment with huge windows and high ceilings but sadly in need of refurbishing, paint peeling around all windows etc. The beds were all really comfortable and we all slept well during our stay, the kitchen area was cheap and cheerful but adequate for a short stay. Defanatly should not be describe as Luxury, if it had a star rating, it would get a 2* at a push.

The only toilet in the apartment was right at the end of the long hallway at the furthest from the bedrooms, not a problem normally, except the old wooden floorboards were in a poor state of repair to the point of being dangerous, there were nails sticking up in various places, one of which my partner cut her foot on in the night, another sticking up right near the sink in the kitchen area too which I found by stepping on it in my bare feet, there are also a few random holes as well. Over all Cleanliness was not very good due to cobwebs and un-dusted sills etc and missing wood panels in the toilet, the shower was ok but poor water pressure , there were plenty of fans around but only 3 of the 6 were actually working. I picked this apartment as a last minute replacement for a nearby apartment that I had booked on BOOKING.COM that was then cancelled by the host not long before our trip, it was almost double the price from the original one that I had booked, Booking .com covered the extra cost by way of travel credits, annoying as they had promised a cash refund, after many interactions with customer support etc, I was starting to lose the will to live and gave in and used the credits to pay for a 5 day road trip in the uk.
