Apartman je moderan, prostran i izuzetno dobro opremljen. Kreveti su udobni i veliki. Ima dovoljno prostora za smještaj stvari poput ormara ili polica, sve je jako funkcionalno. Čistoća je na iznimno visokoj razini, kao da ste vi prvi gost. Uz apartman ide i garažno mjesto čija cijena je ispod prosjeka za taj dio grada. Ako putujete s djecom, blizu je Gradski vrt s mnoštvom sadržaja, a i ostale turističke destinacije udaljene su svega nekoliko stanica podzemnom. Domaćica nas je dočekala i dala sve informacije toliko detaljno da nikakvih pitanja nismo imali. Zbog mirne okoline i pogleda na vrt, preporučujem i za obiteljsko i za poslovno putovanje. The property enjoys an ideal location in a peaceful area while remaining close to the city center. It offers excellent connectivity with convenient access to multiple public transportation options, and the neighborhood features a great selection of bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Several cleanliness and comfort issues significantly impacted our stay. The most pressing concern was the bathroom hygiene. Upon arrival, we encountered a persistent musty odor throughout the bathroom, particularly from the bathtub and washing machine, suggesting mold or mildew. We had to purchase cleaning products ourselves to address the issue and make the space usable. To the host's credit, they offered to reimburse us for these expenses. The bedroom also fell short of expectations. The nightstands were visibly dusty, and the bedding had a stale smell. The pillows were particularly disappointing, they were small, thin, flat, and only one per person. Upon our request, the host provided an additional pair of pillows. Regarding towels, we were initially provided with just one bath towel per person. When we requested additional towels, the host explained this was their personal preference for their own use. Eventually, the host provided an additional pair of towels. Unfortunately, we had to wash them in order to elliminate their stale and musty odor. The property has a half-bathroom but the sink is absolutely tiny and non-practical, water splashesh all ofer because the water faucet looks like it is meant for a regular sink. The lighting throughout the apartment was notably dim, which became tiring during our stay. The lack of adequate lighting made everyday activities challenging. We also experienced a hot water outage for a couple of days due to a technical problem outside the host's control. In this case, we would have appreciated proactive communication from the host. To conclude, the host should align their service standards with hospitality norms rather than personal habits. Guests expect hotel-standard cleanliness, fresh linens, adequate pillows, and sufficient towels as baseline amenities. Addressing these issues would significantly improve future guests' experiences.
