    The room I booked wasn't ready when we arrived. It's not ready for use as there are some plumbing issues. The staff were very slow in coordinating with one another. The staff who assisted us even expressed how frustrating it is to coordinate with the front desk as they are not responsive to them. I had to follow up for several times until we were just transferred to a different room, which I requested as we were not receiving a clear update after an hour of waiting. We were transferred to 2 different rooms but both keycard are not working. I had to go back again to frontdesk. One of the rooms given, the AC wasnt turned on yet. It's not cooling. Someone had to assist but it's not really that cool. After one use of keycard, it didn't work again. So I had to return to the frontdesk again. It was indeed an annoying Mother's Day experience for me. :( We just continued with the booking and still tried to enjoy the day. We really like this hotel and had booked several times. We still want to book again, but this experience was really very unacceptable.

    An amazing 4 days stay at this hotel. So convenient if you don't want to go out specially in the morning because of heat, as there are a lot of restaurant around friendship. Staffs are accommodating and friendly, it is just sad as thier pool is closed till the 14th but overall stay, it is great.
