Very disapointed. Room very worn off and unclean.

The instructions to get the key and access the room were clear.

The door to my room did not feel safe at all, even with the lock. Very thin door, and rooms not very well isolated so I could hear everything in the other rooms. The room and the furniture have seen better days! Everything is very worn off, especially the sink in the bathroom, which was completely rusted. Moreover, there was mold in the shower, and marks on every wall and in the sink. I booked the room for three nights but did not feel comfortable to sleep there so I booked another hotel. When I contacted the establishment to say that I did not even sleep one night in the room and asked if they could make a kind gesture and reimburse me at least partially, they said no, which I could understand, but then they accused me of violating the rules of the house because I apparently "brought in another customer" without informing them: turns out it was just my friend who helped me carry my bag into my room upon my arrival, and left immediately afterwards! It was a very bad experience for me and I do not recdommend this establishment. "Cosy Ensuite Bedroom" : not so cosy! The pictures do not correspond to the reality of how the room and the furniture really looks like. No wonder why there is no picture of the bathroom of the rooms, they really are in a poor state! For the same price I could stay at the Ibis Hotel Sheffield which was very clean and nice.

Location is okay Spacious room and kitchen

Carpets haven't been washed in a while Unusually steep staircase with very narrow steps you can fall with one wrong step If you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up those stairs, no ground floor rooms The photo used in advertisment is nothing like the place( lack of integrity), nothing about this place is cosy nor new. They will refuse to refund if you didn't stay due to these issues( lack of morals) accepting money for a service never provided

Everything as described excellent, good communication from the host Cheryl good location 10 minutes walk to sheffield city centre, room perfect for me comfortable bed, ensuite good value for money would recommend thankyou 😀

Person above me was loud, which kept me awake at night and I couldn’t get the heater to work. But over all comfortable and convenient.

Cosy central accomadation, close to all the amenities you need

Very well positioned, only a 10min walk into the centre of town, and almost next to the football ground. Lots of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, on your doorstep. Comfy bed and pillows, though towels a bit small for me.

Parking is difficult to find, due to permit parking restrictions, but as I knew the area, I found free parking near by. If you are a big person, this is probably not the place for you, as the shower is small

The location was okay with plenty of shops around and it was close to the town center, the en-suites were a nice touch

The property itself was nice however i had an issue in the rooms with cleanliness as i had found a bug in my bed along with what seemed to be lady bug sheddings? To which when brought up to the staff i was accused of bringing in the bugs myself as they “had never had this issue before” pushing away the responsibility
