The property was clean. We loved the fact of the amenities however it was so windy we couldn’t get the hot tub warm enough to actually use. The beds and the couch were very comfortable as well!
The only “bad” thing which wasn’t a problem because we brought some left over from our wedding was there wasn’t a whole lot of regular cups to drink out of.

Location 4.5/5. Owner communication was excellent. The beachhouse was wonderful. rooms were fabulous. lots of room for clothing, supplies. high quality with crown molding, granite countertops. some guests left spices and such. This was great since I forgot to bring some.
one bed out of 9 beds was squeaky.. mosquitoes at this time of year.

Very clean and spacious! We loved how close we were to the beach. The grocery store is five minutes away.
Not many restaurants were open during our stay. We went Sunday-Wednesday and restaurants are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. No pizza delivery available (that we could find). We cooked a lot of our own meals. Ferry to Galveston takes a bit but there’s tons of food there.
