About this house rental
Beach Hanson is a brand new 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in the prestigious neighborhood of Sandy Shores. This beach cabin comes fully equipped with linen, pots/pans, WIFI, smart televisions and more. The house accommodates 22 people. The master suite also offers a luxurious romantic flair which consists of a private rain shower and "soaker tub" right next the to master bed. The home has three sets of queen-sized built-in bunk rooms. The outdoor entertainment area includes a spacious private pool with hot tub. Perfect for a large family, the area also has multiple seating areas - a 12-foot dining table, oversized covered picnic table and a custom outdoor sectional that sits right in front of a custom gas fire pit. Overall, the house offers a many high end amenities: two decks with table and chairs, private bathrooms in each bedrooms and an elevator lift.

A few hiccups at the house but overall very nice place. Enjoyed the pool and hotub after a day at the beach. Gerald always answered my calls and texts quickly! Great weekend with the family!

This beach home is a recent build, so the property itself is beautiful. There’s tons of space and plenty of bathrooms! It is a very short walking distance to the beach.
We booked this unit and paid the higher cost solely for the many amenities listed. However, we ended up unable to use nearly all of them. It wasn’t until check-in that the property owner told us the spa could not be used until after 6pm. Once evening arrived, we couldn’t get the spa to heat up. The pool was freezing cold all day long despite the extreme Texas heat, so we couldn’t enjoy that either. The fire pit requires a key that was nowhere to be found. The outdoor TV had no remote. The living area alone had nearly 20 different switches, so it took us 20 minutes to figure out which one worked the ceiling fan. The front door was extremely hard to close and lock. The kitchen was not well-stocked (insufficient cooking pans, etc.), so cooking meals for large groups (which the house accommodates) was very challenging.
