About this house rental

Beach Hanson is a brand new 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in the prestigious neighborhood of Sandy Shores. This beach cabin comes fully equipped with linen, pots/pans, WIFI, smart televisions and more. The house accommodates 22 people. The master suite also offers a luxurious romantic flair which consists of a private rain shower and "soaker tub" right next the to master bed. The home has three sets of queen-sized built-in bunk rooms. The outdoor entertainment area includes a spacious private pool with hot tub. Perfect for a large family, the area also has multiple seating areas - a 12-foot dining table, oversized covered picnic table and a custom outdoor sectional that sits right in front of a custom gas fire pit. Overall, the house offers a many high end amenities: two decks with table and chairs, private bathrooms in each bedrooms and an elevator lift.

This is such a great spot for a large group! The beach is walking distance, and the large backyard is great for games and grilling. The pool is a great way to cool off from a long day in the sun! I would definitely recommend!

We had a great girls’ weekend with all the aunts & cousins. The kitchen is a little hard to cook in for that many people, but it definitely needs some oven mitts and kitchen towels! We burned our hand. It would also be nice to have the travel size soap, shampoo, lotion provided like at hotels. And a binder would be handy to tell you about the hot tub & spraying for bugs, etc. Gerald does a fantastic job telling you those things over the phone but then you have to remember them!!! 😆

We loved staying at this home for our beach weekend - it sleeps a lot of people but also has a bathroom for every bedroom! Great spot with an amazing pool that would be an excellent spot for your next gathering! We had a minor issue and the owner was really responsive and took care of it immediately.

Everything was great from smores by the u shaped fire pit, to swimming and chilling in the pool jacuzzi. We even watched the game by the jacuzzi! Hanson 1 is a beautiful getaway spot. We will be getting another spot to vacation. Thanks Mr Hanson!!

This place is amazing! We had a family reunion with lots of kids ranging from 1-17 and the pool and hot tub kept them busy when we weren’t at the beach which is less than a block away. Such a nice modern place so many bathrooms and all the bells and whistles. Gerald is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to any questions. 100% would recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent. Upstairs was great - 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths. Main floor was open with large master bedroom. Downstairs- pool and hot tub, lots of space to entertain. Elevator made things much easier. Golf cart was nice addition ( extra $, but more convenient than renting elsewhere). Our host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, may try another of the properties he has available. Awesome time.

The stay was great, plenty of room, walking distance to the beach. Gerald Hanson the owner provides a great renter's experience. If you have a question, he responds so quickly with either a phone call or a text message. He sincerely cares about the people who are staying at his properties and wants to make sure that they are enjoying their stay and that the accommodations are up to their standards. He goes above and beyond. Things to bring to the house, Food, drinks, beach towels, tailgating/beach type chairs, garbage bags, paper towels. Other than those items you will be all set for a great stay at the Beach Hanson house. I hope we can return sometime soon. Thanks Gerald Hanson for all that you do. It was very much appreciated by us.

Our family of 25 (from 5 different states) had a great week gathering together here at Crystal beach! Gerald was a great host and very prompt with any questions or concerns. Loved have the swimming pool under the house for all to get out of the sun during the day for a break. Also enjoyed renting the golf cart to cart people and stuff down to the beach! Although such a great location and so close to the beach that there was lots of some of us would walk too- especially for sunrises. Will definitely recoMmend to friends and keep in mind if we vacation again in Crystal beach!

We traveled to Beach Hanson in celebration of our parents 50th Anniversary! We could not have been more pleased! We made breakfast every morning and dinner every night! The house was completely stocked with all of our needs! However Mr. Hanson was also a phone call away for any of our needs! He made us feel welcomed and that made our stay wonderful! It felt like Home for us! 😊

This beach home is a recent build, so the property itself is beautiful. There’s tons of space and plenty of bathrooms! It is a very short walking distance to the beach. We booked this unit and paid the higher cost solely for the many amenities listed. However, we ended up unable to use nearly all of them. It wasn’t until check-in that the property owner told us the spa could not be used until after 6pm. Once evening arrived, we couldn’t get the spa to heat up. The pool was freezing cold all day long despite the extreme Texas heat, so we couldn’t enjoy that either. The fire pit requires a key that was nowhere to be found. The outdoor TV had no remote. The living area alone had nearly 20 different switches, so it took us 20 minutes to figure out which one worked the ceiling fan. The front door was extremely hard to close and lock. The kitchen was not well-stocked (insufficient cooking pans, etc.), so cooking meals for large groups (which the house accommodates) was very challenging.

This house definitely had the “wow” factor! The outside amenities were ideal for entertaining a large group and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the cousins to run around and play. It even came with a life size checker set which the kids loved! The fire pit area was where it was at for me, comfortable, peaceful and pretty. Due to the weather we didn’t use the pool much, but after figuring out the jacuzzi we were all about that too! The inside of the house was SUPER cute, we loved that there were fans in every room and the fact the bunk beds were built in set me at easy with kids. Also, the beds were ALL queen sized!! Even the bunk beds, it made for better sleep for couples. Everything was brand new and tastefully decorated. Most importantly however, it was convenient to have Gerald, the owner respond so quickly when we had questions. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend renting from him to anyone! He mentioned he had other beach houses as well to rent in the future so we will be getting in touch this summer! Lots of fun making memories here and look forward to the next time for sure!!

We spent the weekend celebrating our friends upcoming wedding! It was a gorgeous house with wonderful views of the beach from each of the covered porches. The hot tub and pool were nice. Recommend bringing mosquito spray for downstairs near the water and fire pit area. Gerald was very attentive and communicated well. He was accommodating and returned my calls immediately! We rented the extra long limo golf cart and we were lucky enough to catch a fireworks show Saturday night on the beach! Many memories made!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hanson Beach House. The property owner was especially attentive and responsive. The proximity to the beach and the pool (with shade!) meant that everyone was able to find multiple ways to enjoy themselves. It was perfect for our needs!

The house is beautiful and big. The bed in my room smell to perfume that made me feel that blankets and sheets were not washed from previous visit. The only down point is when you get a phone call from owner to say that we did not leave the house clean as before our visit. I am not planning to pay over 4k and spend 5 hours in cleaning the house.

We had two families stay for the 4th of July and had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids and the house had plenty of beds to spread out. Beach access was close and convenient. The owner was very nice and quick to respond as well!
