It was the perfect charming hotel for our mexico city adventure.

This hotel was the perfect place for our Mexico City stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was outstanding. So kind and attentive. And the location was so central in the heart of it all!

Really nothing could have been better however would be nice to have small refrigerators in the rooms for keeping personal snacks and beverages chilled.

Lovely oasis in the heart of a great neighborhood.

Perfect location with loads of restaurants nearby and easy to get to other areas. Lovely breakfast with pastries from the next door bakery that we did not to stand in line for. Quiet oasis on the roof deck to relax and read after a long day of walking. The staff were super helpful and appeared when you needed them. Rooms very very clean.

Charming hotel in Roma Norte makes you feel at home.

We were spoiled by the staff who served up a terrific breakfast with Rosetta pastries from the famous pastry shop next door along with local fruits. Staff was a highlight. We got to know others at the hotel who we met over breakfasts and would share sightseeing tips with. Location was amazing with bars and restaurants just outside our front door. If you struggle with stairs, this is not the spot for you though. There is a flight of stairs from the street entrance and depending on where your room is, you may have more flights to climb.

Exceptional stay in Roma Norte

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Izeba. The location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond. Our room was immaculate (and smelled amazing) every time we returned from a long day of exploring. We stayed facing the courtyard- it is so quiet and peaceful! 10/10

Excellent staff! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Mexico City.

I didn't know that they offered spa services until our last full day when I noticed the small sign. I wish they would have had something in our room noting what they offered. But that did not impact what a great stay we had!

Lovely, warm & welcoming boutique hotel!

A lovely boutique hotel with exceptional staff & service. Elisabeth, Sofia & Ana were welcoming & accommodating with every request. Casa Izeba is beautifully decorated & the breakfast each morning includes pastries from the legendary Panaderia Rosetta. Location is perfect with several Michelin star restaurants on the same street. A real treat to stay at Casa Izeba!

The hot water for the shower can take awhile.

The Staff was very helpful. Location is brilliant. Our room and bathroom was very spacious.

Since our room which had a cute balcony was facing the road and there was some event with loud music across the road, it was noisy till about midnight which disturbed our sleep one night but otherwise it was an excellent experience. They even offerred to change our room but we did not want to move all our luggage.

Amazing stay

This place was amazing! The staff was super kind and always attentive! The fact they have rossetta pastries in the morning was a huge plus! And if they didn't have a pastry you wanted, they would fetch it for you within 20 minutes. Fantastic location, beautiful, and comfortable.

our room was a 3 floor walk up so prepare for that. But they did help with our luggage!

Great location and wonderful little boutique hotel, very nicely decorated. The rooms and all the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable.

The pillows were very firm for my personal preference and the bathrooms although very nice, would benefit from warmer lighting.
