1.rumah bersih 2.mesin basuh ada disediakan 3.dryer ada disediakan 4.kipas siling bersih 5.aircond bersih 6.owner sangat responsive walaupun diihubungi malam hari. 7.peti sejuk bersih 8.owner ada sediakan snacks, minuman ringan dan aiskrim, harga berpatutan jika malas nak turun ke kedai serbaneka 24jam lewat malam. 9.tandas bersih, water heater berfungsi dgn baik.Tiada isu drain sumbat. 10.owner sediakan syampu dan krim mandi. 11.water purifier/dispenser ada disediakan 12.cordless vacuum cleaner ada disediakan 13.dedicated parking disediakan di multi level parking, bersebelahan dengan unit.
1.sofa ada satu bahagian dah rosak (kalau duduk akan tenggelam) 2.tilam agak kurang selesa, jika baring akan terlebih tenggelam sedikit sebab tilam jenis foam, bukan spring. 3.iron board ada kesan hangus, perlu diganti 4.seterika ada kesan hangus/calar, tapi masih boleh digunakan. kalau nak guna, kena letak suhu rendah sedikit. 5.tiada hair dryer. sepatutnya ada seperti yang disenaraikan. 6.tuala mandi tidak disediakan kerana isu hygiene. Kena bawa tuala sendiri. 7.microwave tidak disediakan.
