It was functional, clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The water didn’t really heat up for a shower, and the door handles did not close the doors well.

I really loved the location and how convenient it was to access services near the apartment.

The bathtub lacked a shower curtain or screen, causing water to spill onto the floor during showers.

location was ideal as it was connected to the mall and did not require any transportation to get to and from Bedford centre. it's secure, spacious, comfortable. was pleasantly surprised to see that wifi was available when the post said there was none. and the washing machine was definitely a nice addition saving me from having to find a laundry service in the area.

not having a second set of access cards was a hassle. their solution was to leave it at the concierge which makes no sense when you need it to access the lifts from both inside and outside. it's a simple fix to make someones stay a little less annoying. I wonder what the people do when there are 2 couples or a family staying. don't assume everyone has to move around together at the same time all the time. the ensuite bathroom tub/shower was not possible to use as the water was either boiling or freezing due to the awkward mixer system the pressed inwards. it did not matter much for two of us. but would be a minor issue with more people having to share the other shower.
