הדירה היתה מאוד יפה ומתוחזקת היטב. המתקנים מצוינים וחדשים ויש גם מייבש כביסה ומכונת כביסה. יש גינה עם טרמפולינה ומתקני משחק בחצר שיהלדים נהנו מהם מאוד. הדירה במיקום עם נוף יפה להרים, יש מסלולי טיול במרחק הליכה וגם נהר נחמד. בעל הדירה שגר בקומה מתחת, היה נחמד והמליץ על מסלולי טיול באיזור.
היה חם בחודש אוגוסט ובגלל שהדירה היא דירת גג ללא מיזוג, היא היתה די חמה. ברוב החלונות אין רשתות ולכן אי אפשר להשאיר אותם פתוחים כי ייכנסו מעופפים. הדירה ממוקמת בקומה שלישית ודורשת טיפוס לא קל במדרגות, לאחר חליצת הנעליים בקומת הכניסה.

Værterne var virkelig gæstfrie. Meget velholdt og nyrenoveret, rummelig lejlighed. Veludstyret køkken. Værterne havde sørget for gæstekort. Det var nemt at parkere ved banegården og tage bus eller tog videre.
