Very cozy family house. Hosts are very kind and friendly. 10-15 min driving to Schmittenhohe and Kitzsteinhorn. Very clean and nice accomodation for weekend getaway. I can imagine spend there entire week. I will make sure to come back. Good value for money.

Wifi could be upgraded but this is a very minor issue
