Property Manager manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts.
We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.

Cancel before check-in due to a named tropical storm or hurricane projected to impact Lee County, Florida, and receive a full refund of your reservation (excluding applicable processing fees).
Check in but depart early due to a qualifying storm, and we'll refund the unused nightly rent for the remaining nights of your stay.
