MIxed feelings about this hotel. With no front desk, nor restaurant, it was just a room. We were greeted by Antonio who spent much time with us providing a wealth of information about the room, surrounding area and how to get around. The bus was right by our hotel. Antonio offered his services to make any special arrangements and could not have been more attentive.
The room was a spacious beautifully decorated clean space overlooking the sea with a great balcony. It was nearby great restaurants, however, many steps down to the sea.
It would have been great with the jacuzzi tub however, there was no upright shower, so to get clean, regardless of health or age, it was necessary to climb in and out of this deep tub.
Ridiculous considering the room was newly renovated. Also there was constant noise traffic outside our room, which quite frankly did not bother us but it might another guest.

What a view! This hotel is perfectly located on the main road of the Amalfi Coast, just steps from the bus stop and only a short walk down to Praiano Beach—the most beautiful beach we visited on our trip. We also highly recommend Trattoria da Armandino on the beach, which offered one of the best price-to-quality ratios compared to other restaurants in the area. Another huge plus: free parking right on the property!
Communication was seamless, and the staff were always attentive and helpful with any questions or requests. Check-in was smooth even though we arrived late in the evening - Antonio greeted us warmly, took care of everything we needed, and shared excellent tips for exploring Amalfi. Both he and the cleaning lady were incredibly kind and welcoming.
We stayed in the suite with the round bed and jacuzzi, which was beautiful. The private balcony opened directly onto the ocean, making it unforgettable to wake up to such a stunning view every morning. On our first night, there was water and prosecco waiting for us, along with tea, coffee, and small bites (crackers, etc.), which was a lovely touch.
Overall, a truly wonderful stay - one we’ll remember fondly.
As others have mentioned, the round bed and jacuzzi setup isn’t the most convenient. To shower without spraying water everywhere, we had to sit down in the jacuzzi, and the round bed (not against a wall) made it difficult to sit up comfortably. The bed itself was fine for us, though a bit firm.
On the bottom floor, there’s a lovely room with tables and chairs, but it was locked. Even if breakfast isn’t offered, it would be nice to have a shared common area to relax in, perhaps with water, crackers, or light snacks—something outside of the room itself.
In our suite, there were a couple of chairs, but they felt a bit random. A small sofa or more intentional seating area would make the space much more comfortable, since sitting on the bed isn’t very convenient.
Finally, there was a safe in the room, but it wasn’t secured to anything, so technically it could be carried away. We felt very safe in the area and trusted the housekeeping staff, but it would be reassuring if the safe were fixed to the cabinet for added security.
