L’accueil basaid le concierge est top c’est lui qui a fait les honneurs un vraie contact humain .
Sinon je n’est vue personne.

L’ambiance est chaleureuse, bien décoré les draps et couettes sont clean.
• Pas assez de lumière qui s’expose donc beaucoup d’humidité ( j’ai une allergie d’humidité)
• J’ai trouvé araignées, fourmis et insectes partout ( je n’ai pas trouvé de balai non plus pour m’en débarrasser).
• Pas de shampoing ni gel douche sachant qu’on trouve cela partout chez les autres bookings.
• Pas de personnel pour nous accueillir, on a fait appel qu’au concierge
• Pas d’accès au parking
• Pas d’accès au compte Netflix
