The place was clean, well maintained and didn't have any obvious maintenance issues. The water pressure for the shower was great. Communication with the owners was sometimes a little slow, but always very clear and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here, and would happily come back.
The neighbourhood sometimes had a rough edge, with people shouting at one another during the day and driving aggressively. However, those were only short moments, nothing consistent. The bed was a bit harder than I'd have liked and the couch was a bit small (long me couldn't lie on it while watching some stuff on the TV), but again, nothing major, I still slept well in the bed.
