The apartment is big for a reasonable price, pretty central with the waterfront just 7 minutes walk away. The kitchen was pretty functional, with a stove, microwave and oven. The place was clean but not 100%
Please watch out - I'm actually surprised that there are no other comments about this, but just one day before arrival we received a message that we're gonna have to pay additionally for electricity and water as per the usage, comparing the meter before and after our stay! This is unacceptable and seems like a scam, especially that when I refused to pay it without contacting booking.com, suddenly the host said it was only for the AC, and then stopped responding to my messages at all. They never opened the subject of water and electricity again, so apparently it's not mandatory to pay it...
The apartment itself was similar to the pictures but not the same. The pictures with king size beds are pretty misleading - they're all single beds. Our apartment had a very long corridor, and the rooms were "far" if that's a correct word to use with a flat. Considered that the common area was pretty dull and uninviting, it wasn't very comfortable for spending time together with the whole group.
The noises from other apartments are VERY loud, many times we had an impression that there was someone talking in our living room, while it was coming from another flat.
Some of the dishes were dirty, we had to wash them before using, the table was dirty - it looked like nobody actually did clean it after the previous guests. The sockets in the kitchen were not working.
The lights in this whole apartment are just awful, everywhere white lights make it feel like you're in a hospital.
