The staff were amazing all of them from room cleaners to the hotel manager.. customer service amazing service.. prompt support.
There a construction closeby hotel .. which may have a bit of noise to some peolple.. but overall was ok

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to Ratchathewi BTS (5 mins walk to skytrain station). Close to many of shopping centre; MBK (15mins walk), Siam Paragon, Pratunam or Central World shopping centre. Easy and fast to get taxi/uber to Old Town or anywhere.
No elevator - I stayed on third floor the first night and moved down to first floor the next day.

Breakfast was good and they organized a taxi from the hotel to the airport for us.
We've been there twice, so that it would be easy for us to leave the luggage there and come back after the Yipeng Festival in Chiang Mai. But both times the room was smelly and not that clean. It was not really cosy or comfy at all. Also - even if we've already been there - the second check-in process took a long time again at 1 am in the night and we just wanted to sleep.
