Las instalaciones muy buenas, te permitían estar a gusto y con comodidad. El anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a cualquier consulta.

Ótima localização no bairro da Passagem, com várias opções de cafeterias, restaurantes e bares por perto. O quarto e as comodidades atenderam às expectativas e o ambiente foi bom para trabalhar. A comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil, e conseguimos negociar uma cama extra e o check-in antecipado mediante custo adicional.
A limpeza poderia ser melhor. A cama extra estava com areia nos lençóis quando fomos utilizá-la e tivemos que trocar a roupa de cama. Como o flat não oferece serviço de limpeza durante a estadia, não tivemos suporte para resolver a situação.
