Close to the Broadwalk and ocean.
Bed frame was old and rickity. Kitchen faucet was hooked up backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot(dangerous for people that don’t pay attention)
The threshold on both sides of bathroom was a 1” or so different. Stubbed my toes a few times. Bathroom door to living room bedroom didn’t shut all the as it hit the tile.
