The house was very cozy and very clean. We had a short uber to Van Andel for a show. I highly recommend!! Communication was top notch as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

The house is minutes from downtown Grand Rapids yet in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. The host is very generous. She provides coffee, wine, chocolate, etc. The bathroom is also fully stocked with toiletries.
If you have mobility or breathing issues, there are stairs to get to the full bathroom and bedrooms. Because the house is old and the stairs are original. You have to take care going down the stairs if your feet are on the larger side. The motion sensing lights on the stairs were a nice touch. Overall, the house is great and very comfortable.

Cozy Cape Cod exceeded all our expectations from the very beginning of of our stay being welcomed in by 2 bottles of wine and delicious chocolates. The home is very clean and charming. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The host has thought of everything to make your stay a great experience. We are looking forward to visiting again in October!
