This place is as neat and clean as a whistle. It easily accommodated our family and was just what we needed for a short stay in Grand Rapids for our Granddaughters graduation!Highly recommend this property.

The ad says 5 beds, however it’s 3 bedrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We were allowed an hour grace period to check in early, when we tried to enter the home we could not open the door, luckily the window was unlocked. Upon entering it appeared clean but had an awful odor that never went away, we quickly learned we need to examine the description of rooms better. When we pulled open the pullout sofa we found it was full of dirt and debris and stains. There were dishes in the dishwasher left. The home only had 2 ceramic coffee mugs. The home served its purpose, we were there for a wedding so truly only slept there.
