La struttura presenta ambienti molto spaziosi. Sono ubicati al piano terra con grandi finestre e il cortile davanti. Bagno con il wc separato dal resto (utile se si è in gruppo). Lavastoviglie e grande frigorifero. Spazio custodito per le moto. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Piatti nuovi.
Nonostante la struttura abbia enormi potenzialità, nel complesso non pulita. Sotto ai mobili ed al divano letto molto sporco. Residui di cibo nel cassetto sotto al forno, impronte ed aloni sul microonde, sul forno e un po' ovunque. Intorno alle finestre, i davanzali, i vetri, le sedie di plastica esterne tutto sporco. Ragnatele ovunque. Insomma la pulizia molto da migliorare. Strada di accesso ripida ma fattibile. Da sistemare la parte terminale verso il cortile a causa di buche profonde scomode per la moto.
