Lovely stay in the most beautiful historic part of Brissago.

Perfect location in the old town of Brissago. Super friendly and helpful host, easy key pickup. Very clean and quiet. Street parking nearby and a beautiful walk through charming narrow streets. Highly recommend!

Perfect

This lovely apartment can be found in a very peaceful part of Brissago and it has a fireplace which made my evenings romantic and relaxing. It has all the utilities what you need and even a washing machine! Perfect for a nice relaxation!

The only thing which was difficult for me is that the place is at Brissago Porta and it’s difficult to reach by bus and it’s better if you have a car. But it was still a very nice place to stay!

Super charming

The bed was super comfortable. The furniture and interior very beautiful. Everything was new and modern. The coffemaschine and the coffee was super and the kitchen functional. Most charming is the character of the neighborhood, stone houses wispering stories of the past. We enjoyed our stay 100%. The days are inviting to discover the whole area. We feel that we want to come back with more time. Compliments to friendly hosts

The stone floor is a little foot cold. You need to wear shoes at the ground floor level. A broome or vacuum cleaner is needed and, a small carpet might help. Best bring your house shoes.

Ganz gut

Es ist wirklich schön dort und es ist auch gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine ist ein großes Plus. Die Besitzer waren auch freundlich und alles wirkte sauber. Die Wohnung heizt sich zwar im Sommer wirklich auf, aber es gibt einen Ventilator der gut Abhilfe schafft. Alles in allem würde ich es weiter empfehlen, sofern man ein Auto hat.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwer zu finden, uns hat dann jemand geholfen, der in der Gegend wohnt. Zwar gibt es alles was man zum Kochen braucht, aber es gibt keine Schneidebretter, was das ganze ein bisschen schwierig gestaltet. Zudem würde ich nicht (!!!) empfehlen, das Fenster lange offen zu lassen, auch wenn die Wohnung sich wirklich aufheizt, da 1. nachts Skorpione reinkommen und 2. ein Hornissennest nicht weit entfernt liegt. Die Tiere sind echt groß und schwierig wieder rauszubekommen.

Ruhe pur

Die Ruhe ist einzigartig, man lebt quasi in seinem eigenen kleinen Innenhof zwischen alten schönen Häusern. Wohnung sehr sauber mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine über zwei Etagen. Und schmalem Blick auf den See. Lage überm See sehr schön. Zwei Balkone.

Man muß wissen, dass man paar Meter von den öffentlichen Parkplätzen zur Wohnung bergauf laufen muss. Ist aber nicht schlimm, man hat dafür bei der Wohnung keinen Verkehrslärm. Man muss einige Kurven bis zur Wohnung fahren.

Unbefriedigend

Die schlichte, moderne ausstattung, kein schnik schnak aber alles notwendige

Der fehlende handlauf zum schlafzimmer, für ältere menschen gefährlich. Parkplätze sind ein grosses problem in porta. Mussten neben der kirche parkieren, zwar kein eingezeichneter parkplatz aber auch kein parkverbot. Habe das bei der gemeinde gemeldet und wurde sehr arrogant und unhöflich abgefertigt. Ein satz vom beamten : „sie sind von zürich ! Ich kann bei ihnen auch nicht auf der autobahn parkieren.“ Kein erlebnis für positive „ mund zu mund“ propagande

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Es ist ein gemütliches, zweistöckiges Rustico im alten Ortskern Porta von Brissago. Die Terrasse zum Verweilen hat uns besonders gut gefallen und auch das gesamte Ambiente. Die Waschmaschine ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr hilfreich. Aufgrund der vielen Treppenstufen in und um das Haus ist es mit Hund nur bedingt geeignet. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, es gibt zwei drei Punkte, die man nennen könnte: die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht immer ganz einfach, kommt man am Abend nach dem Essen nach Hause kann es gut sein, dass kein freier Platz mehr vorhanden ist. Weiter wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein Staubsauger noch hilfreich. Auch wenn wir nicht zum Putzen in den Ferien sind kommen in zwei Wochen doch das eine oder andere zusammen. Eine Pfanne mehr und eine Gratinform wären auch noch hilfreich gewesen.
