We liked the animals that we could interact with from the kitchen window.

Peaceful, loved having the donkeys and animals just next door!

Would have liked a more comfy/aesthetic outdoor seating area but it really wasn’t a big issue.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, from walking in to the cottage and seeing the welcome basket to seeing the animals outside. We took our dog and letting him out to go play or toilet felt normal and safe. The cottage had nearly everything we needed and have already recommended it to others. The animals are very friendly and the donkeys came up to the window for 'pets'.

The cottage is really hard to find, definitely use the 'What Three Words' link they send. The whole place is lovely however, the mattresses are very soft so if that isn't for you, take note. The only thing we struggled with is that neither bathroom has somewhere to put your things while in the shower, a little shelf would be beneficial. The upstairs shower door was also sticking a little and there's nothing on the inside to open the door so you have to leave it open just enough to be able to pull it back.
