Great location to shops in Mount Austin. Very spacious room with 2 queen beds, living room and mini kitchen. Quiet area and able to sleep well. Fast response from host.
Cleanliness was a bit poor. Can see stains on the sofa chairs and bench. No toothbrush/toothpaste.

The studio is very comfortable and has a good ambience, exactly as shown in photos. The bed is comfortable and owner has prepared shampoo and shower gel too. We had a great stay here, and the studio has cookwares and cooking utensils ready for light cooking. There are a lot of shops nearby within walking distance. Overall a very good experience.
The only downside is Akademik Suite’s parking, which is quite difficult to turn. The elevator also doesn’t show the respective floor number. (E.g. chosen 3rd floor, but it displays 4th floor)
