O hotel Mountain Brook é simplesmente encantador. O ambiente é extremamente agradável, aconchegante, limpo e muito bem localizado, a apenas cinco minutos de Hunter Mountain. O silêncio e a tranquilidade tornam a experiência ainda mais especial e relaxante.
O café da manhã é excepcional, com ótima variedade e qualidade. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, contribuindo para um atendimento acolhedor e eficiente.
Depois de um dia inteiro esquiando em Hunter, nada melhor do que aproveitar a sala de jogos, que oferece um ambiente confortável para relaxar. Há sempre água, café e chocolate quente disponíveis, criando o cenário perfeito para encerrar o dia de forma agradável. Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza barras de cereal, chá e outras opções como cortesia aos hóspedes, demonstrando cuidado com os detalhes.
Não observei muitos estrangeiros hospedados e o hotel possui relativamente poucas avaliações na plataforma Booking.com, o que pode indicar que o público americano utilize outros canais de reserva. Ainda assim, no que diz respeito a conforto, espaço do quarto, limpeza e organização, a experiência foi muito positiva.

The place is awesome, nicely located and the staff is super friendly. Everything in this place is great with lots of nice perks all around.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious! The staff were very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. The rooms were luxurious and loved the outdoor view and fire pit!

Mattress was not comfortable. Room was smaller rhan expected from picrure but was big enough.
