Very Clean! Quiet location close to the city. Communication was excellent! Homey, comfortable accommodations. Amenities were surprisingly plentiful and well stocked. They even had a pack n play if you have an infant. The smart door lock and smart thermostat are genius and easy to use. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home, well decorated! House is very clean! Beds are comfortable. The host was very responsive!
WiFi was out but it was the weekend and couldn’t be fixed until Monday.

The location is very convenient if you are staying in town for an event at Loras College or University of Dubuque. You do need a car if you plan on heading into the downtown area. It's walkable, but it is at least a mile or so.
The check out time of 10 am is a little on the early side. Getting our bags together, using the shower, and needing to ensure things are clean and tidy by a 10 am walk-out made me a bit anxious.
