This place is convenient and close to the subway station. The room facilities are good. Marion is very nice and eager to help.

The soundproof isn‘t very good and I got disturbed by the noise.

The host left 3 individual cakes in the fridge, practical for next morning since I didn't have time to buy breakfast. The place was close to an RER B stop.

The VMC (mechanical ventilation) is SUPER loud, like comically (and kind of falling apart). Only way to stop it is to shut down the electricity, so you have a choice between no lights and calm versus eternal 'the person in the next roon is vacuuming' noises. The price is pretty steep for what it is (a room 1h from Paris, 35 minutes from Paris-Saclay if you take both the RER and the bus which is also costly), and the hosts ask you to clean before leaving as if there is not a 60 euros "cleaning fee" included in the price. When I had an issue with the room (the VMC), the host took 15-20 minutes to answer each message (the first message is fine of course, but maybe stick around for the rest of the conversation?).
