A casa é nova, estava limpa, a cozinha possui bastante utensílios e a área de lazer com piscina e churrasqueira são muito boas. A sala de estar é boa, sofá confortável e tv grande.
A localização não é boa e não pega sinal de celular.
A garagem é aberta, não possui portão, porém o bairro parece ser bem tranquilo. Senti falta de coisas nos quartos, tipo prateleiras de parede ou ganchos de pendurar.
