Any event booked needs to be done at least 2 hours before so if you are thinking of trying your luck when events start - your in luck as the best thing about the place is the staff, absolutely every staff member we spoke to was very helpful and accommodating, so apart from the cost of doing anything the people are great!

Have to pay for literally everything, but before you even think about paying to book slots for anything you want to do you have to purchase a membership pass for each person in your party (including children over 2), once you spend over £50 for family of 5 for a 3 day pass you then have to download the terribly glitchy lyons app as you can only book anything on the app, staff will help you navigate the terrible app but no app no entry and each activity ranges from £5 to £15 for slots between 15 minutes up to 1 hour depending on what you are booking, swimming is the only thing you can book with no cost (once you've had your pants pulled down for the weekend pass) but good luck getting any availability and we stayed in the off season.

Caravan size was really good

When I got to caravan I could get as the key safe wouldn’t open rang the owner, she cleaner will be waited nearly 2 hours no one turn up - after difficult got in - no one to to see if we got in - owner didn’t even ring back to check
