The location is excellent—a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main attractions, as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants. The Thiseio metro station is just around the corner, making it easy to get around Athens. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Nice property in good location.

We arrived at 3pm (checkin time) and there was no key in the lockbox. Messaged the host who told us the apartment was still being cleaned and that the cleaner would bring the key down when she was done. We were sat on the street for over 30 minutes waiting, despite multiple messages asking her to atleast let us into the apartment complex to put our bags down. When I questioned the 3pm checkin time, I was simply told “things go wrong”. There is no sign or identifying feature to find the property once inside the apartment, and be careful if you have young children as cleaning products were left in unlocked cupboards. Also note you have to turn the hot water unit on yourself if you want a warm shower.
