A spacious, clean and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment: full kitchen, large fridge, comfortable living area, washing machine, good WiFi and air conditioning throughout. But the real star is the location. The apartment sits on a quiet residential street — no noise, no traffic — literally steps from Tsuruhashi's legendary covered market and Ikuno Korea Town, with its 800+ shops, yakiniku restaurants and Korean street food. The JR Loop Line, Kintetsu Nara Line (direct to Nara in ~35 minutes) and Osaka Metro are all at Tsuruhashi Station, a short walk away. Self check-in was effortless (key lockbox, simple code) and the hosts were responsive and easy to reach.

No TV in the apartment — a minor miss for evenings in. The bathroom is compact, shower only, no bathtub — but this is clearly described in the listing, so no surprise.

The location is perfect, being so close to both the metro and JR stations. The apartment itself is quite spacious, which we loved. The beds provided a great night's sleep, and we were impressed by how clean the linens and towels were. The kitchen is well-equipped with the basics. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, coming from the drains. Keeping the bathroom door closed solved the problem for us, but it's something that needs attention.

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir fanden die Lage optimal, da wir es gerne ruhig mögen. Trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß an verschiedenen Bahnlinien, um überall hinzukommen. Wir sind auch zu Osaka Castle zu Fuß gegangen, auf dem Weg liegen eine tolle Bäckerei (brocantique) und ein wunderbares Cafe (Asakara Good Store). Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Klimaanlagen haben problemlos funktioniert. Wir hatten einen riesigen Kühlschrank und alle Utensilien, die wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich und Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war auch gut zu finden und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir können das Cafe Click and Clack empfehlen, dort wird man herzlich empfangen und kommt ins Gespräch. Das Bad ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es wären aber wirklich ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern sinnvoll. Es war makellos sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen, eines Tages wiederkommen zu können. Wir waren zu zweit für fünf Nächte da
