The staff were really friendly including coach drivers, always opening doors for us and happy to help. The room was very clean and had two seats and a table. Water got very hot for nice baths and showers. The mealtimes were very efficient and 3 course dinner was very affordable. Love music on evenings and beautiful views.
Mattresses had dips in the middle and pillows weren't that comfortable. One morning the toilet wouldn't flush and the water pressure was low.

Good food, limited choice, but very tasty, and 3 course meal is enough to feed a man.

the hotel views are stunning
felt very much like 2 invisible guests. we were not aware the hotel catered predominantly for ‘coach parties’ everything is schedule round the tour bus inventory and there is absolutely no information regarding local transport despite 3 local buses stopping outside the hotel reception. No times for breakfast apart from 8am or 9am!!! service not on par with coach travellers and basically forgotten about. Room was cold with no instructions on how to operate the heater, hairdryer didn’t work, tv was so small you couldn’t see it and the bathroom tiles were mouldy. frozen butter no attention to allergies and not offered what was part of the menu, windows in the restaurant were filthy inside and generally dirty
