Bardzo ładny apartament wykończony z dobrym gustem, dzięki czemu odpoczynek był przyjemny. W mieszkaniu bardzo czysto, na miejscu dobre wyposażenie kuchni, suszarka, czyste ręczniki. Dobra lokalizacja. Na dole kawiarnia, lodziarnia, Żabka. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. Polecam
Parking dodatkowo płatny, Kaucja w wysokości 500zł, oczywiście zwrotna w ciągu kilku dni, jednak miałam zamrożony budżet Wylewającą się woda spod prysznica Hałas od ulicy

Apartament czysty, komfortowy , dobrze wyposażony w różne udogodnienia , świetna lokalizacja , a nawet po bułki na śniadanie można zjechać windą i przez garaż do sklepu. Przydałby się opiekacz/toster. Hałas głównej ulicy Gdyni za oknem, ale gdy jest zamknięte to jest ok. Mega wygodna kanapa aż się nie chce wstawać z niej..
Źle pomyślane wykonanie prysznica - woda łatwo wylewa się spod kabiny na łazienkę i może zniszczyć stolarkę i panele za drzwiami, acz sama łazienka jest w bdb standardzie i miło się z niej korzysta. Szkoda że w pakiecie nie ma miejsca parkingowego w garażu podziemnym, gdyż w Gdyni parkowanie jest utrudnione i kosztowne.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience, słabe wyposażenie w kuchni, plamy krwi na materacu pod prześcieradłem. Ogólna oszczędność na wyposażeniu. Cena nie adekwatna do standardu.
