Easy access. Clean And neat.good location, everything in order

The parking was dingy, smelling and very dirty. (Not the landlord’s fault)

Spacious unit and 2 bathrooms. Convenient to food places and walking distance to the train stations

Difficult to return the keys as the whole bunch of keys was too big to fit into the lockbox. The lockbox is also placed at the rubbish area where there are many flies making it unpleasant.

Everything’s amazing about the apartment. Just a walking distance to the public transport. When it comes to the evening, can see all the planes passing above us for landing. It was so closed and such a wonderful experience. The only thing the apartment should change is the sofa. I was accidentally get my pelvic hurt because i just laid down on the sofa without knowing that there is hard wood around the sofa.

Apartment is located on 8th floor and it has some views. Overall the property is good but the air con wasn’t working properly when it was really hot.

Host tried to cover up air con issue. It doesn’t work properly. The sofa wasn’t cleaned properly when we got into the apartment and bathroom fittings aren’t installed properly and I informed the call centre in the very next day. Also this is a big company who manages a lot of properties I believe and there is a team managed by a guy called Tim or Tom who provides a phone number but never pick up the calls. I don’t think they care much about the customer satisfaction but they just get commissions from the owners or booking.com. I have photos for all these so they can’t deny that. I didn’t even get reply to my last email - that’s how they are.
