Should accessibility or mobility need to be considered, stairs are required to access the Presidential Pad. This unit, located at the top of the building, requires several flights of stairs. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking. We also recommend dropping off luggage in front of the home with one member of the group upon arrival, before parking around the back in the private driveway.

You’ll enjoy full access to this private third unit, spanning the third and fourth (top) floors of this beautiful rowhome. Both building and unit doors feature secure keyless entry - codes are changed after every stay for your peace of mind. There are two other apartments located in the building, and you may pass by other guests briefly as all units share a common front exterior door, small foyer, and interior stairs leading to the individual unit doors. This is a common theme to most rowhomes located within the District.

We had a great time at this house. The host were very responsive to all of our questions. The beds were all very comfortable. We liked the location. Very close to the metro. The house has a lot of steps, but I think most houses in the city have a lot of steps. I would recommend this place.

Our first trip to DC with 3 children. 2 children over the age of 10 one child under the age of one, and the apartment was perfect to meet all of our needs. My older two children were thrilled to be upstairs on their own level, especially with the game room. While my mother and I stay downstairs with the newborn, there was more than enough room. The team was beyond accommodating, and allowed us to have a late check out while my husband was graduating. Communication was great, the place was very clean and location was centrally located for easy transportation. If you do not want to rent a car. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Property worked well for our family of five. The grandsons liked playing in the game room. The metro is very close by. You can leave your vehicle at the rear of the property and take the metro in downtown DC. The neighborhood was very safe.

Great stay for family although you have to watch the stairs with a toddler. Small kitchen if you like to cook, but so many options we didn’t cook much this time. Easy access to all of the NW area!
