My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, close to several great restaurants, and plenty of parking available. I also really appreciated that the pool, beach access, and outdoor restrooms all had access codes, it made everything feel safe and private.Inside, the unit was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed from towels and kitchen cookware to beach chairs, a cart, and a lovely table and chairs on the balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the comfy seating out there made it the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset.There were a few minor maintenance issues. These were small things that didn’t take away from how enjoyable our stay was, maintenance quickly came to address one of the issues.One of my favorite features was the in-unit washer and dryer, it made it so convenient to go home with clean clothes instead of sand and chlorine! The condo was on the 2nd floor, which offered a beautiful view while still being easy to access. The entire complex was quiet, and every guest we encountered was friendly and respectful.Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

This is well worth the money for this vacation home!! It was roomy and had everything you needed to fell right at home.

Unit was great and balcony work was supposed to be finished way before we got there. Upon arrival we found that there were boards proped up against the sliding glass doors on the outside, making the balcony unusable. It was late Friday night and we saw no workers until Monday. Tried to talk to Vacassa about this issue on Saturday, but they said nothing they could do except move us to whole new property. But we had already unpacked and brought in groceries so was going to be too much trouble to repack and move again. They said they couldn't even give us partial refund. My husband is handicapped and the balcony was his only way of enjoying the ocean and views. Luckily on Monday our last full day there my mother found a construction worker who agreed to open up the balcony for us after they were finished working that day. So we had balcony access for that night and the next morning before we left. The courteous thing for the rental company to have done would have been to contact us before we settled in to let us know balcony work was still in progress, not wait on us to call them about it. And this was our second unit. Originally when we booked we got an email later on about balcony work, and not at their request but upon ours we asked to switch to the unit we ended up staying in. Very nice unit, but very disappointed that the rental company didn't let us know ahead of us settling in to our unit that balcony work wasn't finished as we were told it would be. Not sure that we will use Vacassa in the future do to this.
