ISLAND PRINCESS102 is where you and your family will begin a lifetime of memories. The magic of the emerald waters will captivate you. We have provided our guests with elegant and comfortable surroundings in the Tommy Bahama style, which will cause you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. It all begins once you enter our 2 bedroom/2 bath professionally decorated unit and continues as you walk out onto your private patio for entertaining with the beach just steps away.
Our 2 bedroom layout is ideal for families with children or for couples traveling together. The master suite which is on the gulf side, has top of the line king size bedding, a television with DVD/VCR combo and sliding doors that open onto your private beach patio with a pathway to the pool and the emerald waters. Connected to the bedroom is a large private bathroom with an extra large tub/shower unit, as well as a double vanity. The second bedroom also features top of the line queen size bedding, as well as a flat screen television with DVD player and access to the second bathroom, where you will find a tub/shower combo and single vanity. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room so the unit sleeps 6 comfortably.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open, which provides for a spacious roomy gathering place for the whole family. The living room also features a 27” Sony with DVD & VCR for those favorite television shows or watching late night movies. The view of the dunes from all these rooms is fantastic and you are literally steps from the beach! The kitchen is fairly large and well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for 6. There is plenty of room for a one week supply of groceries and your favorite libations. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit, which you are free to use for your personal clothes or the linens we provide. Additionally, the location of our unit is such that you can literally park your car just outside the unit, so no more hauling your luggage or groceries up the stairs or into the elevator.

IP102 has many amenities such as a GULF FRONT pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, a nice fitness center and FREE beach service (2 chairs plus umbrella) is included with each reservation….NO EXTRA COST! Just down the beach is the long public fishing pier and the Gulfarium where you can see all types of sea life. Adjacent to the pier is some shopping, restaurants, night life, and many more fun activities for the whole family. You cannot find a better location on Okaloosa Island for your vacation!
