This beautiful half of a thatched-roof house has approximately 120 m² of living space and can accommodate 5 people.
The town center is just a few minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, and various other shops, as well as several restaurants and cafes.
In the other direction, it’s just a few minutes to a shopping center with Sky, Aldi, and Lidl, where the Bad St. Peter Süd train station is also located.
The South Beach is easily and quickly accessible by bike or bus.

This beautiful half of a thatched-roof house features approximately 120 m² of living space and accommodates up to 5 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and an integrated dining area furnished with high-quality furniture. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers plenty of space for cooking together.
Adjacent to the living area are a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna, and a storage room.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (1.80 × 2 m), and the wardrobes provide ample storage space.
Another bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, and two single sinks rounds out the high-quality home design and leaves nothing to be desired.
Another wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the attic. In the spacious attic, you’ll find two additional single beds.
The property, featuring a parking space, lawn, and a sunny terrace, is landscaped with native plants.
A spacious garden sauna provides additional relaxation.
Upon request, the accompanying electric charging station can be booked as an add-on.
