About this cottage rental
This restored, detached, early 20th-century country house is located in a hamlet 50 meters off the D938 road, on a 1-hectare wooded property. Ground floor: kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, WC, bathroom (shower + bathtub), and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, sink). Upstairs: bedroom 3 (1 double bed with shower room), WC. The 1-hectare landscaped grounds, partially enclosed by hedges, offer a 1,000 m² private area (garden furniture, gas grill, deckchairs, slide, swing). Bicycle storage is available. Another gîte is located nearby (No. H85G009681).
The gîte is located 20 km from the William Christie Gardens in Thiré, where a Baroque music festival is held every year at the end of August. Sheets (beds made upon arrival) and towels provided.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay.
Additional: Tourist tax; Heating fee: €12/day (payable to the owner). Ground floor bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.
