Upstairs: access to two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 160 cm bed overlooks the landscaped garden behind the house and the very bright children's bedroom has 2/3 beds in 90 cm (opens onto a balcony with Japanese décor), bathroom (bath/shower/washbasin).
Numerous beaches 8 km away (Dune du Pyla, Arcachon, lake of Cazaux, Sanguinet), many cycle paths, coastal path, train station on foot, oyster tasting at the port of La Teste a stone's throw away and shuttle to go to Cap Ferret. Amusement parks in Gujan Mestras (aqualand, ladybug), Municipal swimming pool / Spa La Teste de Buch. Bike rental in the center.
Summer: Enjoy the communal swimming pool at the residence from June to early October
Winter: A small aperitif by the fireplace with your partner or family (sofa bed)
