Unwind on the private patios or relax in the courtyard. This is your ideal base for exploring San Juan’s best dining, beaches, and culture.

Enjoy our landscaped courtyard, with fresh breezes from Condado Lagoon Park, located right next door. After a beach day, rinse off the sand in our outdoor shower located off the courtyard.
Situated in the heart of Condado, you’re just minutes from Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and La Placita’s vibrant nightlife. Essentials like Walgreens and CVS are within walking distance.
We offer an on-site coin laundry, with complimentary detergent. We also offer beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers upon request.
You're just 5–20 minutes from top attractions like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, San Juan Cruise Port, Plaza Las Américas, La Placita and SJU.
Hosting a larger group? Our building features eight renovated apartments. This unit, Apt 1 is located right next door to Apt 4, a studio with a kitchenette and king size bed.

Please Note: Power and water outages can occasionally occur on the island. The lively Condado scene may include some street noise—light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Seasonal bugs are common in tropical climates; turning off outdoor lights helps keep them away. We do our best to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.
For a stress-free experience, we recommend using Uber or taxis, as parking in the area can be limited. Uber is affordable, convenient, and widely available throughout San Juan. If you’re interested in guided tours or private transportation, we’re happy to share recommendations for trusted tour guides and drivers to help you explore the island with ease.

We want you to enjoy your stay! To help everyone feel comfortable, please keep noise low between 10 PM and 8 AM so our guests and neighbors can rest.
Kindly keep things tidy by placing trash in the courtyard bin or the cans near the street. Please don’t leave personal belongings in common areas.
For everyone’s comfort, there’s no smoking in common areas—feel free to smoke at the front of the building.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place in the common areas, stairways, and main entrance.
Laundry is first come, first served. Please don’t move or handle laundry that isn’t yours.
We take pride in keeping everything in top shape, but if something breaks, we’ll work quickly to fix it. Refunds are only given in rare cases when repairs can’t be made or for situations beyond our control—please give us the chance to make it right first!

It's a good location for food, beach, evening fun. Location is more for young adults than young kids. It is close enough to the beach the young ones still had some fun.
