While we've been fortunate to consistently maintain its cleanliness, I want to be transparent that I can't assure the pools cleanliness or unforeseen closures. This is because the pool is a shared community facility, not a private one under my control. The responsibility for maintenance and upkeep lies with the homeowners association (HOA). Feel free to enjoy the pool, but please understand that I cannot guarantee its condition at all times. Thank you for your understanding.

Stay alert! Lake Hamilton undergoes drainage on November 1 annually, and refilling commences between March 1 and March 8 of the subsequent year. Since 1996, Entergy has employed drawdowns for Lake Hamilton to manage the growth of specific underwater plants that disrupt recreational activities.
BUGS:
Our residence is in close proximity to the lake, which makes encountering outdoor insects unavoidable. Despite our efforts to treat the house for pests, there's still a possibility for them to enter if doors or windows are inadvertently left open, even for a brief period.
Cameras:
We maintain operational cameras to enhance guest safety and monitor package deliveries and home maintenance. These cameras initiate audio and visual recording upon motion detection, which stops when the motion subsides. They are not subject to continuous monitoring and are exclusively reviewed during emergencies, for package tracking, confirming home maintenance schedules, or assessing potential damages. We highly prioritize privacy and do not intend to monitor guests. These practices align with Airbnb's requirements.
CLEANING/PHOTOS:
We enlist a professional housekeeping service to thoroughly clean our home before every guest's arrival. They capture both before and after photographs to record the cleanliness and state of the property. This practice is implemented for the benefit of both our safety and yours.

We had a wonderful time but didn’t get to enjoy the property fully. We didn’t arrive until 9pm and left at 10am so we just slept in the great condo.

The house was beautiful but not email instructions for check in was sent and only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag for ten people was in the house. The house owner never reached out to us after a few attempts from us to contact them.
