Welcome to Your Bayfront Escape
Wake up to beautiful bay views, sip your coffee while watching the sunrise, and stroll to the bay beach in just minutes. Welcome to your Jersey Shore happy place in Bayville!
Located on a quiet street just 500 feet from Amherst Beach, this spacious, well-loved house has everything you need for a memorable getaway — including a private dock, gorgeous water views, multiple outdoor spaces, and room for the whole crew.
Room to Relax & Gather
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make anything from pancakes to a full-blown seafood feast — including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, Cuisinart, cookware, utensils, and even a lobster pot.
There's also a complimentary coffee bar, because vacation without coffee is really just a scheduling error.
The dining room seats up to 10 (high chair available upon request), while the spacious living room features a 55" Smart TV, comfy modular sofa, puzzle nook, games, books, and toys — plenty to keep everyone entertained when you're taking a break from the beach.
Sleeping Arrangements
Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms:
Primary: King bed, 55" Smart TV, desk
The primary bedroom has its own private deck overlooking the water — perfect for morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or pretending you're going to get up early tomorrow.
And yes, the sunrises really are that good.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, desk, 42" Smart TV, and lagoon/bay views
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-double bunk, twin trundle, folding futon chair, and 42" Smart TV — kid headquarters
Bedroom 4: Twin bed, dresser, and small TV
The upstairs sleeps up to 9 guests in beds, including children. A queen air mattress is also available downstairs, there is a convertible sofa, and pack n play is available upon request.

Amherst Beach is just 500 feet away, with Ocean Gate Beach, Seaside Park, and Island Beach State Park all nearby.
For more adventure, head to Seaside Heights, Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, or explore the area's parks, waterfront attractions, restaurants, cafés, pizza joints, and ice cream shops.
Whether your ideal vacation involves beach days, boat watching, family adventures, cocktails on the deck, or doing absolutely nothing at all — you've come to the right place.

**This isn't a cookie-cutter vacation rental — it's a well-loved, lived-in beach house with character & quirks. Please note that some of the windows are not operational and others need care when using. There are some cracked floor tiles due to previous storm damage. The garage is not for tenant use. There are some light switches that don't function. While it's not perfect, it's a truly special place that everyone can enjoy!

The host is great. We’ve stayed there before and we enjoy it very much. It’s a beautiful house very pet friendly family friendly, and clean. Would highly recommend.

The kids loved fishing and crabbing off the dock! Hurricane Erin gave us two gray rainy days so we just hunkered down and watched movies and played with puzzles. The sunny days we enjoyed the dock and sitting on the porch enjoying the beautiful view! Lovely family time week!
