About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home on oversized lot. Beach block, located on the last street on the Lavalette boardwalk. Enjoy the pristine beach or relax in a sun-lounger in the private yard w/ pool (only during summer/ early fall). Close to attractions of Lavalette and Seaside Boardwalk while in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Steps away from deli, restaurant, ice cream, coffee shops & more! Proud family owned home for over 30 years, Make your own lifetime memories!
The space
The house has two separate living spaces with separate entrances and private, resort-like backyard with pool and outdoor furniture. Downstairs has a great room, large chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths (1 is en suite), and sun room with sliders opening to backyard and pool. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, separate small sitting area, and deck overlooking backyard. Front yard has gorgeous gardens and additional patio area, and an outdoor shower. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. Must rent the whole house in the summer, or choose to rent only one unit Sept. - May.

The house is fully furnished. We have been renting directly for years with very satisfied guests with only 5 star ratings.
