Unwind at this peaceful, centrally located ocean-view condo in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Situated in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you'll have direct beach access and be just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. This fully equipped villa features a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart TVs, strong WiFi, and included bikes & beach chairs—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️🚲
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Located in South Forest Beach, just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walking distance to Lowcountry Celebration Park with a huge children's playground, outdoor fitness trail and equipment and live entertainment.
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Had the best time staying at Kendall’s property! It was in a perfect location being by the beach and centralized to restaurants/bars! It was the perfect space for me and my best friend for a long weekend, I highly recommend staying here!!

Had a wonderful time!! Host was super helpful and communication was great! Very clean and had everything we needed! Pool was very nice as well!

The place was clean and in good location. The host interaction was good. The space was so small there was no room to open suitcases, put bathroom needs, etc. it was much smaller than I thought. Will have to be more aware of that in the future. A charge if 125 was made for cleaning but we were asked to take a trash bag down.
