New vinyl flooring throughout, new furniture and two, new full bathrooms for a two story condo in South Forest Beach is a short walk to Forest beach and steps from coffee, dining and entertainment at Coligny Plaza.
Community pools (one regular size, one kid pool) are 75 feet from the back of the condo. There will be beach toys, beach towels, chairs, etc. for you to use.
Pets are allowed, but need pre-approval and they are NOT allowed in area behind the condo, which is near the pool area.
Two, new full baths are being done on January 2027. Photos to follow rennovation.
Enjoy morning walks on the beach, bike rides along Hilton Head’s scenic paths and evenings out at restaurants. Also, live music events. All without needing to drive. Small pet allowed with approval.
