Spacious, open concept layouts feature a wall of windows opening onto a huge deck with the spectacular oceanfront on your doorstep. Luxuriously comfortable inside and out, Breakwater is a perfect location to experience the crashing waves, frolicking seals, spectacular sunrises, sunsets and magical moonlit nights. Lobster Pound villa is 850 SF of oceanfront luxury. Open concept, cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling window spaces flow throughout this two bedroom, two washroom villa.
Enchanting memories are made here. Toast marshmallows or sip wine to the sound of crackling flames at our unique fire pit, meander through the grounds and explore the old rock walls, hunt for beach glass, watch the deer wander the grounds, relax on the deck to the sound of the mesmerizing waves, or simply sit back and chill.
It’s the “little” things that count. A great location with spectacular scenery is not enough. You expect and deserve to experience the best a vacation rental can offer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the Villas. Please use ashtrays provided on decks and patios.
The Breakwater is serviced with a drilled well and septic system (no municipal sewer connection). Please conserve water when possible. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets. Cooking oils and fats must be disposed of in container provided in fridge.

We stayed in the Lobster Pound unit of The Breakwater - absolutely amazing! The place was so thoughtfully laid out, everything you could possibly need was there, beds were comfy, view fantastic, location ideal and quiet. On top of that, Cheryl and Stewart were warm, friendly and inviting people. Could not have enjoyed our stay there more, and look forward to returning!!!

The villa is beautiful, so tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Such attention to detail and everything you could possibly need, even binoculars to watch the wildlife in Liverpool Bay. The location is stunning, right on the water with open views from every window. This is the best place we have ever rented, and we can’t wait to return.
