Nestled in the quiet, historic community of American Beach, the home offers an ideal location just blocks from the beach and only a short drive from great golf courses, local dining options, and state parks. Walk less than five blocks to the beach or take some time to explore the neighborhood, where you can visit the A.L. Lewis Museum to learn about the community's rich African-American heritage and visit 'NaNa', the state's tallest dunes system. A scenic cruise up A1A will take you past some great bars and seafood restaurants on its way to popular Main Beach Park (7.6 mi.). For a fun day trip, you can take the ferry out of Fernandina Beach (8.2 mi.) to visit the historic riverside city of St. Mary's, Georgia.
With features like a full kitchen, smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom, and updated bathroom fixtures, you and your guests will be able to relax in complete comfort back at home. The furnished patio sets the stage for outdoor gatherings, and a gas grill is equipped for backyard barbecues. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for stress-free meal planning.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is currently construction in the neighborhood.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Security Cameras at front and back entrances for guest safety
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
