The main level of the home features a bright, contemporary great room with a dining room for eight guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open wide to a beautiful courtyard patio courtyard with a built-in BBQ, hot tub, and another dining area. This is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner al fresco - making indoor/outdoor living a breeze. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent and fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Upstairs, the Primary bedroom has its own private balcony with ocean views and the en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
